it seems that most sites that i go to that allow commenting are up to their ears in extremely mean, sometimes racist “you suck” kinda stuff. here’s my favorite webcomic of all time commenting on comments…

but with facebook, you’re just going to get responses from people who you have already approved as friendly. wait a minute…have i blogged about this before? anyways. here’s my point.

i “know someone” who has decided that they are a photographer (don’t worry, if you’re reading this you’re not them and you don’t know them). and i mean a “professional photographer”. there was a lot of this in austin. some hipster fuck gets a 1000 dollar camera, and starts standing at the front of shows. these all show up on flickr with their name photoshopped to the bottom, and you usually get a description of the camera with every fucking picture. SO. this person i “know” posts all their photos on facebook. and the comments are goddamn ridiculous. “i love these!!!” “you are sooo talented, gurl!!” etc.

let me say with no mistake…YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS ARE AWFUL.

been off the pillz for a few days…actually i don’t know if it’s been 3 or 4 days or what. anyways, according to google (where was i before you, google?), i’m experiencing the light end of the withdrawal symptoms. lots of people report:

1. “brain shock”. this is where you feel like “electricity is zapping your mind”. haven’t had that one yet. some people also experience “tooth shock”, and fucked up gums. ain’t got that one.

2. mania. this one i got.

3. vertigo. way less fun than the movie. every time i stand up the ol’ eyeballs quit working for a second, and it feels like my head is getting up a few seconds after me. LOVELY! this is the worst one.

4. nausea and vomiting. nope, none of that for me. tummy is tip top.

5. insomnia. nope, i sleep just fine, thanks.

6. nightmares. except for these…i sleep just fine.

7. balance issues. i have these, but can admit they are pretty hilarious.

8. flu-like symptoms. thank god, no.

9. flatulence. i have always farted, and do not consider this to be a withdrawal symptom.

10. “brain freeze”. this is not the ice cream headache thing. it’s where your brain shuts down for a minute or two. i have this one, but frankly enjoy it.

so far no babies crawling on the ceiling, no locked hotel room doors. this is an interesting experience, so forgive me for blogging about it.

1. i am almost completely off my meds (the right way) for the first time in five years. a little moody, and a LOT dizzy.
2. heather and i watched “the red balloon” the other day, which i fucking loved. this video makes me feel the same way as the movie (short?)…i know when i post videos it doesn’t really match my website layout, but this one is worth the awkwardness.
